In 1983, John Ferguson had the foresight to begin purchasing large tracts of raw ground in areas that he believed would have the highest potential for future development. That same foresight and vision propelled Ferguson Properties from its simple beginnings — in a single, 150 square-foot office — into one of the premier commercial development companies in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ferguson Properties has since evolved into a multi-pronged company that specializes in Development, Brokerage, and Land Holdings. Each area of expertise is led by Jay Ferguson, Mike Reilly and Jeff Sharp who represent the same core values upon which John Ferguson built his company.
